Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, Voluntary life insurance plan, and a free short term disability plan. All health benefits have a ninety day (90) day waiting period, or on the 1st day of the month following an exempt employee’s date of hire. The premiums for these benefits are paid by the Sac and Fox Nation on the employee’s behalf. Employees can acquire medical, dental and/or vision coverage for dependents through payroll deductions.

All regular full-time employees are provided thirteen (13) paid holidays per year. Regular full-time employees accrue annual leave at the rate of four (4) hours each pay period and four (4) hours per pay period of sick leave accrual at the same rate.

Sac and Fox Nation also has a 401(k) plan available to all employees after one year of service. The Nation contributes a total of six percent (6%) of the employee's salary, regardless of employee contribution.
